Braces & Aligner Care
You might feel some discomfort for a few days after getting braces or aligners, but it’s usually mild and manageable. Dr. Jeff and Dr. Tate will provide tips and tools to help you stay comfortable throughout your treatment.
Sticky, hard, or chewy foods (like gum, popcorn, and hard candy) should be avoided with braces to prevent breakage. We’ll give you a full list and help you adjust without missing your favorite meals too much!
Because our treatment plans and appliances are fully customized to each patient’s needs, we typically see patients every 10–13 weeks, compared to every 4–6 weeks with non-personalized appliances. At Noble Orthodontics, we value our patients’ time and design treatment to be as efficient and convenient as possible.
